One of the growth areas of our business is the requirement from our customers to build a bespoke application for specific job that they want to do. For example, a client recently asked us to build an on line secure library for them as they travel the globe and need to access and update documents at different times from different countries. They now have a multi user level application that is available from any computer in world at any time.
Another example of this type of work was for a prestigious London car franchise who run a huge workshop. They were looking for a system that helped the front line staff understand where a customer car was at different points during the service process with having to leave their desk to find out or pick up a phone.
Our system allowed the workshop control to change the status of vehicle and the front line staff saw these changes through a web page that refreshed every minute. Again a simple and effective way to solve big problem.
